Right Now delivered exactly what they said they would. Again, as they said, everything was included, including installing a safety pole in the cement in front of the furnace. Great service! I called at 10 am and they gave me a 2 hour window 11 am to 1pm for the technician appointment. They stayed in Touch and arrived in a timely fashion. After inspecting the issue, the tech got right to fixing it and finished very quickly

The crew arrived exactly when they said they would and the installation and explanation of equipment operation was professional and clear. I am very impressed.
