I relieved a post card mailer from Right Now Heating and Cooling that offered a new air conditioner installed for $987.00. My son's furnace and a/c were 20 years and had to be replaced so I called for a bid. The only conditions the postcard said that had to be met was that this offer was limited to the 27 a/c units currently in stock, and that I had to buy a new furnace at the regular price. Bought a complete heating and cooling unit from Right Now heating and Air from Caldwell 7 years ago, had nothing but problems with it, always freezing up in the summer, and kicking on and off. My power bill went really high. I had lots of different Tec's come out to fix the problem and paid the service fee's and for the new coolant that they added. The installation itself was great, everything after was not. The financing paperwork that was supposed to be with the technician didn’t happen. I had to wait for a runner to deliver paperwork on a holiday. You kept reaching out to the wrong person to get the information needed to resolve any issues. When I reached out regarding any concerns it felt like you didn’t want to hear anything. Do NOT use Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning! We had been happy customers for a decade and given them thousands of dollars of business on a new air conditioning unit, furnace, water heater, and insulation, as well as countless service visits, repairs, and maintenance. However, they installed an air conditioner drip pan incorrectly (on a decline so it drained into the ceiling, instead of on an incline so it would drain outside) which damaged our living room.
