I chose to finance a portion of the work for hot water heater installation and a new furnace, and was quoted decent rates to do so... HOWEVER the final document for financing was not provided until the work was complete (after the installation guys were at my home for several hours). It should be noted that the amount financed was $5,360 with a finance charge of $5,013.13!!! Highest prices do not go through them. Tried doing some shady stuff like come put in a AC unit in without a contract or even ask if they could come on to my property with my daughter home alone NOT OKAY!! Their estimate was about 7,000 more then other companies.

In 2016 I had this company put in my air conditioner with a warranty. This year it ran out of coolant so I called them to come put some in and they told me they would be out today 6/3/2021 between 3-6, but now they are telling me they have a shortage of tech and can not come out until the 7th which will be Monday. Do not trust this company! They are shady to the point of criminal conduct and frankly are running a scam to bring in extra money! My furnace is working like a fine tuned clock, has been maintained regularly, and got a clean bill of health last winter and I had no issues or concerns with it. Monday Right Now Heating & Air called me out of the blue and offered to come out and do a furnace tune up and water heater flush for $50. Hello, My name is Leo. The water heater they installed works good needs a vent put in. Great job and fast, the new water heater they got was broken they went clear to Idaho Falls to get another one put it in late in the day! The only other thing I want to mention is a little over a year ago We had them install a furnace and air conditioner in my sons house. Cost quite a bit. 7 years ago Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning replaced our furnace and air conditioner. They did a great job at a very fair price. However, since then I have attempted to have them service the equipment regularly and found each time them unable to fulfill their scheduled time of service. EVERY TIME THEY HAVE PROVIDED SOME EXCUSE OF NOT BEING ABLE TO COME WHEN PROMISED. Consistently they have rescheduled at least once and sometimes multiple times for a service call. Apparently regular service is not important to them.

Inept service. Simply required a new contactor for the air conditioner. Technician installed new part but incorrectly wired it resulting in no improvement. Diagnosed needing a new control board, wrong, simply needed the new contactor to be wired correctly. Wanted to sell me a new air conditioning unit rather than fix the issue. Priced new control board at $1368.00 225% higher than online price for same item, yet it did not need a new board, just a skilled technician to complete the job correctly. I scheduled to have the technician come out between 3pm to 5pm several days in advance. The day of the appointment I was contacted around 3:30pm stating that the tech was held up on another job and would be there soon. 6:00pm comes and no call from tech or company so I contacted them to find out that the tech might be there soon, at 7pm or 8pm. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I would highly recommend NOT using this company. They did thousands of dollars of damage to my house and they said it's not their problem. They don't do what they say they will do. All they care about is your money. They don't deserve one star as far as I am concerned.
