Hey friends whoever is reading this buckle up because I have a wild story to tell: I was warned to avoid Riner and I wished I had listened. I moved in from out of state over three hours away and they wouldn’t let me pick up my keys ahead of time even though I had already signed the lease and paid the deposit and first months rent. I had to drive like a mad woman ahead of my boyfriend driving the uhaul so I could pick up the keys in time before their office closed so we wouldn’t be homeless that night! they do not answer maintenance requests and then try to charge you for the maintenance that was done
DO NOT rent from this place. First of all, I had to remind them to even send me my initial lease to sign and then had to remind them to send me my renewals. Secondly, nobody ever answers the phone or responds to emails or voicemails. Your best bet is to go to their office, where you will be treated like garbage and made to feel like a burden. Didn’t have AC or heat the entire time I lived there even though it states in the lease we would. The summer was so unbearable no amount of fan power could make the temperature comfortable. You would literally sweat just standing there. They tried to fix it 3 times and were unsuccessful each time. It got to the point where we just didn’t think they were capable of fixing it. Kept my sons whole deposit after my wife and her mom cleaned it From too to bottom. When he told them he was moving out they started showing his apartment giving him barely any notice. Never ever use them again
Definitely now they are last on my list . I had a bad experience with them leaving my door unlocked when showing new tenants my place and money came up missing . They wouldn’t even acknowledge their wrongdoing nor gave an apology. Most likely will not be renting from them again.

Absolutely money hungry very little punctual management you will not get your deposit if you belong to the 70+ percent that do not get their deposit back from Riner rentals I have developed a small inquiry for many of the former tenants and have had a significant amount Of those families have responded with discouraging and coincidentally with the exact Same deceptive and repetitive systematic underhanded process of keeping hardworking mid-lower class citizens labored money.
