This one of the worst rental companies in the area. The property managers are rude and unprofessional. When you move out and you leave the utilities on like they request they still charge you as if you had them turned off. They have a non-smoking policy. I understand the policy but when a unit has never been smoked in and they charge you for painting it's not right. Mr. Shotwell, when we have neighbors (and police officers) within the community call our office to complain about the smoking outside of the unit, as well as to let us know that there are people smoking INSIDE of the unit, it does concern us. I addressed this with you personally on multiple occasions early on in your lease term, and explained our policy and what the consequences would be. Avoid any of their properties. They nickel and dime for everything and just sent me a bill alleging it is for rent due from August 2017! Seriously when they billed me for a million other items in August of 2017 when my kid moved out. Negative 5 stars!
I live so far, i drive about 2 hrs to the office to explain my situation and see if they can help me the woman in the front said you need to apply online and wait the call them you can explain all, i never get the call only 1 email that is declined.. but they don't talk to me and they know what i need.. really don't like that is frustrated me so bad.. thanks..
Before I moved in I had to remind THEM to send me my lease because they forgot to email it to me. It had been ready for days apparently. Everything was sort of ok after that. I agree with the other reviews about how it's near impossible to get a hold of someone unless you go in the office, in which case they tend to look at you like you're an idiot. Just don’t. Save yourself a load of hassle and money and try to find ANY other property management company.
Literally the worst place ever. Haven’t even moved in yet but i promise you i will never be doing business with them again. Unprofessional & unorganized if you see any good reviews with them it’s probably a lie. They barely even pick up the phone & usually they aren’t very busy at all. Do yourself a favor & save your money.
I've had absolutely nothing but terrible experiences since I moved in here and all of them involving money I feel like they try to overcharge people for things that they don't actually owe money for and that they try to pull the wool over your eyes to you can never get ahold of anybody weather at the office or get anyone to call you back it's impossible for you to actually talk to someone to solve a problem because no one takes the time out of their day to call you back or be the one cuz take the time to answer your question... read more
