The service was exceptional and a great improvement in speed and reliability. Also reduced my monthly bill compared to AT&T which was my previous provider. Live in an area where it has been difficult to get good reception.

RiseBroadband technician was helpful and polite. Customer service reps were also very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone at anytime who needs excellent internet service.
