This is the second time that we have had Rise Broadband with the only issue the first time being that service was interrupted on several occasions due to old/faulty equipment at the tower...the tower that only had 11 customers at the time, therefore, repairs were slow at best. I'm assuming that all of that has been resolved as we have had only a couple of MINOR issues with down time, and as for repairs or upgrades, they are done at a time that doesn't interfere with a normal schedule. When I first move to Adkins TX in June of 2023, I had very few internet provider options, and Rise was technically not taking new customers in that area. However, the customer service person who answered my call went above and beyond to get approval from management to add me as a customer, and then called my back, hours after my original call, to let me know Rise would be able to accept my business.
