When I was offered service for Rise Broadband, I specifically asked if I could set date of payment for the 1st of each month. I was emphatically told "Yes!" When I received my first billing statement from Rise Broadband it was for the 3rd week of the month, not the 1st. When I called customer service and, again, requested that my billing date be set for the 1st of each month (using autopay), I was again enthusiastically assured "Yes!" Great reception, faster speed. Great communication, if there will be down time and for how long you are told way ahead. Price is right, service outstanding . Office staff are knowledgeable and courteous. I should have switched longtime ago.

My installer, Joe, did a great job. He was professional and courteous and very knowledgeable. He covered every aspect of the installation and answered all my questions fully. When he left, everything was complete and I was a happy customer. The only issue we had was when he was attempting to call me to verify my location, he was using some phone app that was totally insufficient for the task. We could not hear each other talk.
