The service I received was great. The technician who was Zach was professional, courteous, and took the time to find the hookup for me and provide a great signal. Customer service was above expectations in how they took the time to help me through the process.

New customer! But I’m already very satisfied. Same day install. Actually here to install with in 1hr of setting up service. That’s just awesome. The tech was super friendly and efficient at his job. The technician was very nice and helpful. He did a great job and was finished in a short period of time. The website is easy to manage and the operators we talked to were very nice and thorough. Love having Rise again. Our internet with our CP service sucked up our GB so it’s nice not to worry how much data we have used.
We live in rural Texas and switched a couple of weeks ago to Rise Broadband. We're now paying about a third of what we used to pay for internet and our download speed is five times as fast. Installation was quick and the service has been reliable even in storms. It's been a great upgrade for us.
