I have only had Rise for about 3 days and it is amazing SO FAR!!! I don't want to put down previous internet provider, but this company seems to really care about there customers. Would definitely recommend to others.
I just switched my internet provider to Rise Broadband and needed some assistance. It was great to speak with folks that are not reading off a script and are easy to understand. Great service so far.

We hooked up to Rise Broadband a while back and just hooked my mother up with Rise a few days ago. There customer service has been excellent and the technicians we worked with were friendly and knowledgeable.
The installer guy was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The service is working good.
The representatives were professional and courteous . George the installer was exceptional . He apologized to us that he was on able to get us the maximum speed we were paying for . Called your business office and we were advised there would be no reduction in price based on our current speed we receive on the Internet .

So far the experience has been great. I’m a new customer as of 2/25/2019, and being a rural resident, our internet choices are few, expensive, and unsatisfactory. So far, Rise Broadband has given my family a quality installation with great customer service. We also have a reliable service with consistent bandwidth throughout the entire day.
