I was impressed with the service rep who installed our system. He was extremely polite, he had a few issues with his equipment but he rescheduled and had everything up and running very quickly. We have used their broadband all week and have had no issues. We are extremely impressed and have and will continue to recommend them to others.

I was hesitant when I read the bad reviews, but so far my experience has been great! They were here within an hour to install from the time I called and the speeds I am getting are far greater than anything I had before. I’m a very happy customer. Their customer service and installation has been superb.
Haven't had the internet service very long but so far the service is amazing! The tech that hooked it up was quick and thorough!!!
My internet actually works and isn't that bad so ... can't relate . lol
