Service was not what we expect from a Bartolotta restaurant
Overall, the service and food was good to very good. But, when presenting the individual checks for the other couple and us, they really messed up the math! We are monitoring our checking account daily waiting for the correction to be made. A personal visit might be necessary to resolve this issue. Also, if you present a ‘birthday month’ reward certificate, the 1/2 price promotion on a bottle of wine (under $100) is not allowed. To my knowledge, there was nothing in writing supporting this. Food was outstanding & improved from last few visits. Carpaccio was excellent as always. Season menu items we quite good. Missed the Pomodoro salad but seasonal was excellent replacement. Risotto with speck was super tasty. Duck ragu was back to original quality with flavour, sauce consistence and amount of sauce. Vitello was outstanding, almost wish it was on standard menu.

Excellent service. Delicious foos
Always a great place for a meal. My only problem this time was that my steak that I ordered - medium rare (and said to the server that I'd rather have it closer to rare than medium-rare) was medium to well done. It was still flavorful but it could have been much better. When I pointed it out near to the end of the meal, they acknowledged that it was overdone. But I do enjoy the place.
The food was absolutely delicious! Homemade Italian food at its finest!
Staff surprised us with a treat after dinner as we were celebrating a birthday at our table. It was a nice touch.
It was our 25th wedding anniversary and we enjoyed every minute.
