Wow! The whole experience was awesome from salesman Kevin, to installers Victor and Carlos. All were skilled and efficient and I will be using Rite Rug again. Very happy customer!!

I set up an in home consult with Rite Rug online. Kevin W****t arrived on time and was so professional. He answered all my questions and left me with a quote. I had another company later the same day. They were late and the consult was unprofessional and was poorly done. Rite Rug's quote was so much lower, so I chose Rite Rug. They set up an installation date and they arrived on time and were very professional and cleaned up as they installed. I had many questions and every time I emailed Kevin, he responded ***** away. Amanda E***, Rite Rug Customer Service, ROCKS. We recently had to have the carpet in our master bedroom replaced because of a water leak from the bathroom. A third party (one responsible for the leak situation) paid for the carpet replacement by Rite Rug. Unfortunately there were issues with the replacement carpet and installation. I am writing this review to show our appreciation for Kevin W***** of RiteRug Flooring. As amateur DIY'ers, we were trying to coordinate plumbers & RiteRug installers and my world was crazy! However, Kevin keep me grounded and professionally worked around our schedule for our new carpet and our bathroom linoleum and I couldn't be happier. All three rooms look great!! We recently had a kitchen floor installed. It was a large project and several old layers had to be removed first. Never the less, they got the majority done in one day. There were a few lose ends that had to be taken care of, but Vanessa G**** the customer control rep. took care of everything we needed as a followup. She was great and a joy to work with. Thanks to everyone at RiteRug Todd & *************** PS: I rarely write reviews, but we really love our floor!
