Jim S******** at RiteRug in Greenville, SC, was a great help. He uses a mobile truck to come to your residence or business and shows you samples. The quality of the carpet and pad. Is lovely and soft on bare feet.. We also found the padding to be thick enough to deaden sounds over the rooms below. We would use this company and this agent again! LQ
Rite Rug did an excellent job on selling and installing my flooring. I really like my new floors. I had a small manufacture defect in one panel and Dale was phenomenal replacing the panel. He is so professional and conscientious and did an awesome job in repairing my floor. Also my salesman did an awesome job, Rikin in the Dublin, Ohio store. Heather was great too in getting the defect completed in a timely manner. I so appreciate all of their help and in giving me such a great experience. I would recommend Rite Rug!!

Oh my gosh! I had 6 rugs made from Stanton carpet. After about a year a problem presented itself, but the “warranty” was over. Decided to call and see if anything could be done and reached Heather S. who was the most caring, understanding person i’ve ever spoken with on a customer service issue anywhere. I can not say enough great things about his professionalism and exceptional customer service. He answered all of our questions and stayed in touch with me everyday.
