I began this journey of attempting to get Rite Rug to rectify a manufacture defect in some flooring that I had installed in my home on June 29th. DO NOT USE THEM. Buyer beware. We had scratches and bubbling within 2 weeks and they blamed it on us. Two other installers told us that the flooring was installed wrong. We had to pay the bill and have it pulled up and replaced. Do not deal with Rachel
