We had a wonderful experience, the installers showed up on time, were extremely friendly and professional. The quality of work and time taken to complete were satisfactory. We will be contacting in the near future for carpet installation in our upstairs area.
I held off on putting this review as I was going to give the company another chance after a terrible install through my normal rep Zach. After Zach left the retail manager, Rachel, assisted me on the phone. She seemed nice enough as she assisted with ball park pricing for my client’s property. So, I call and text back to the number I have once the property is ready only to find both employees have left! Cannot refer anyone here now and will have to find a new flooring company unfortunately.

How this establishment is still functioning is a mystery to me. I kept calling the office and was routed to Natalie who couldn’t even set a date for an appointment until December? Why even offer the service or pick up the phone? I was told that Crystal would respond to my complaint but apparently she is truly incapable of doing her job as I have not received a call back.

I began this journey of attempting to get Rite Rug to rectify a manufacture defect in some flooring that I had installed in my home on June 29th. My initial contact was with a young lady from Customer Care (I won't mention her name) who informed me that she would need to send out an inspector to look at my flooring to see if it was a manufacture defect, installation issue, or a customer maintenance issue. DO NOT USE THEM. Buyer beware. We had scratches and bubbling within 2 weeks and they blamed it on us. Two other installers told us that the flooring was installed wrong. We had to pay the bill and have it pulled up and replaced. Do not deal with Rachel
