Easy to work with and price was great. Installation only took one day and turned out amazing.

The carpet is fabulous and very nicely priced. It is much better than expected and a major improvement to our old carpet. So happy we got it. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the crew was too small for our big house. They only set 2 men and we were told it would be a one day job but it turned out to be two full days and at 2pm on Day 2 more installers came to help to assure they finished.
What a great experience! Bette was awesome to work with and everything was completed on time. Working with a company that actually followed up and checked with me during the installation was wonderful. I will definitely be recommending them to my real estate clients. Thanks for a great job!
New carpet was well-priced and the installation crew did a fantastic job. They were very careful handling my furniture and careful with the freshly painted walls. The crew was polite and hardworking. The sales rep, Lisa, was very responsive and helpful in selecting the product and colors. A great experience overall. I would definitely purchase carpet again from Rite Rug.
Best craftsmanship I’ve seen since I arrived to USA in 2008. Tough to find craftsmanship nowadays that pay attention to detail and aim for excellence and a job well done. The crew who installed my floors took a lot of pride in the job they performed and the excellent results are there. I am extremely satisfied with this installation. Above and beyond.
