Friendly and capable staff but the system is understaffed. We were not aware of the time of installation until the very morning. Only one installer arrived and it turned out that the roll of carpet was seemingly about 300+ pounds and 12 feet long. There was no way that the installer would be able to muscle this alone, though he tried. Needless to say, I had to assist and I am 72 years old. I am still sore a week later.
The guys were very professional and nice Zach was a good guy to work with at the store
