Love Living here I have lived all over the country, in many rental; Rivage is definitely unmatched in regards to the quality of people running It. Siera is by far the best manager of a building I’ve ever lived in. You would think I was the only resident because she responds quickly and always in a personal way. Maintenance team is so quick and efficient- I’ve never gone more than 2 hours waiting for a request, even as small as a filter change. I wish I could stay here forever!

A fantastic apartment community, a bit high on the price. I toured Rivage today and was wholly impressed by what I saw in the amenities and public spaces. Jacob, my tour guide, was kind and understanding of my needs for a home, speedily finding an appropriate apartment to view as I enjoyed some water. The amenities for Rivage are well kept, clean, and have many innovations I would be happy to see in other apartments. Particularly the air filtration in the gyms and conference rooms. Favorite Property by Far!! I have lived in the Rivage since April 2021, and this is the 5th property I've lived in, in my five years in Portland. The staff and maintenance team go above and beyond to ensure any issues are handled, questions answered, and ultimately have provided the best living experience I've had in Portland thus far. The location is beautiful, the access to the Riverwalk is unbeatable, and overall 10/10, I have no complaints thus far!

Incredible Staff I can't say enough good things about the staff at Rivage. They are incredibly thoughtful, diligent, and do not let any matter go unaddressed. Kelsey, Cassie, and Lindsey genuinely cared about what I was reaching out to them about and always followed up. I wasn't at Rivage nearly as long as I had hoped but my time there was even more enjoyable due to the staff. Loved Living Here! I've lived here for close to 3 years and I couldn't be more satisfied with living here. The place is always clean, updated, and well maintained, along with great amenities to boot. Verified Renter I've really enjoyed living in the Rivage thus far. From the leasing process to move-in, everything has been seamless process. The rental staff and maintenance employees go above and beyond to ensure residents are taken care of. The amenities and units are extremely nice and it feels like home!

Love it here :) I love living here! The location is amazing and the property management and maintenance have been wonderful! Lindsey, Cassie, Kelsey, Nick, and really everyone in the leasing office, are always super helpful and genuinely nice! Fabulous amenities and leasing specials!

Absolutely love the vibe at Rivage! I recently started living at Rivage, and I couldn't have picked a better home for my move to Portland. The staff here is kind, attentive, and responsive. I have had a great experience so far, and would definitely recommend checking them out!
