Living Here! I LOVE living here!! There are so many places to go within walking distance. Walking along the waterfront everyday is one of my favorite things to do! The community here is awesome. So friendly & all the neighbors here are great whenever I get to interact with them. The staff is so helpful as well! They are quick & prompt in their responses. This place is awesome to live at! ??
Water views! I really like living here! Great views and they are doing virtual community events. My only complaint would be the parking situation. It’s expensive to park in the garage and the street is competitive. Often times I park by dockside on the other side of the train tracks.
Helpful Staff & Great Facility 3 years and no complaints what-so-ever. Great place to live. The staff is the best part. They keep the building engaged and there is always something to do. Nice gym and roof access.
Great amenities and staff! We love the amazing amenities Rivage has, from kayaks rentals, a gym with a variety of equipment, and still offering fun and FREE classes and workshops via zoom with products included like the cookie decorating class! Been a lifesaver during quarantine! Thank you for also being amazing food trucks weekly! Helped when we wanted to have a date night and switch up from our usual go-to’s!
Great building!! Living here has made my transition to Portland easy- gorgeous running routes close by, responsive and kind maintenance, and a quiet well-appointed apartment to work/live in. Thank you!
More than just a pretty view We love the Rivage and are constantly reminded how lucky we are to live here. The obvious reason is the location but there is so much more to the Rivage than having the river in your backyard. Lindsey, Kelsey and Fernanda in the office are so kind and are always thinking of ways to engage residents whether it’s movie party nights, cookie baking party’s or cocktail tasting and let’s not forget the fantastic food trucks that post up out side our front door. Great place to live The amenities and location are great. I love rooftop views on sunny days at Rivage!
I like it What is best of Rivage' and for me it's easily the property management team. Everyone is super attentive and awesome, maintenance is super efficient, and every issue no matter how small gets dealt with with amazing speed. At least for me it's nothing I have ever experienced so thanks for all your hard work ;)
