Great place to live! The staff here at Rivage has always been very accommodating, professional, and helpful in every sense. From the front office to the maintenance team, they're always quick to respond to any problem that pops up to make sure everybody in the building is happy and content living in their place of residence. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a quiet place on the water while still being close to everything you would need.

Verified Renter Rivage is a fantastic place to live. The management office is the best I have ever had from the many apartment buildings I have lived in over the years. I just renewed my lease for another year.

Amazing! Move in now! I cannot say enough good things about Rivage. The buildings are always clean and quiet. The neighbors are respectful. The office staff and maintenance team are so quick to respond and are always helpful (special shout-out to Joe and Kelsey). They have helped keep up sane and safe during covid by installing hand sanitizers and implementing social distancing for the common areas and but having food trucks park in the courtyard twice a week. This has been a wonderful place to call home.

DON'T let the pretty pictures fool you. Your property is not protected; the well-being of your apartment is your responsibility. No security for your car; my car was broken into multiple times.

Verified Renter The Rivage is a bit pricey, but the location is convenient, and the building itself is nice, with a great waterfront view. However, guest parking is a pain and many people get their cars towed pretty frequently. Most people need parking passes after 6-7pm, when the office is closed, and it's a nuisance to have to remember to request it in advance all the time. We love the location and waterfront view, too. While parking is sparse for all buildings in the Northwest/Pearl District area, we're happy to be able to offer free guest parking for our residents! Parking passes can be obtained via phone, email, or by stopping by the office. The office is open to serve you 7 days a week. After office hours, Arcadia Courtesy Patrol is on site 4x every night and on call from 7pm - 5am. Bad Construction Paper thin walls, ceilings and floors. Badly insulated, I can hear a dog walk across on the floor above me. Neighbor noise complaints are an everyday thing, I guess we all can learn to tippy-toe. Some thump sounds com from 2 apartments over, its all connected. One of the worse features of the wood structure, not worth the premium cost. Neighbors who moved 2 weeks ago already talking about moving out. Recent management changed, lack of experience is pretty evident.
