Really decent place Been living here for over a year. Apartments are well run, office staff is fair and courteous, maintenance guys are professional. It's not perfect or high luxury, but everyone on staff does their best and the grounds are clean and well-maintained. Other residents are average middle-class families and quiet working people. Great Place to Live I have been wanting to live here for awhile now. I was fortunate to finally aquire a two bedroom! I love the location! The property is kept up very well and so are the inside of the apartments. Management is very kind and understanding, they make you feel like family. I definitely recommend this place!

Apartments are well-kept, private, convenient, and staff is friendly Apartments are well-built so you don't hear your neighbors. You feel private. Free gym facility and pool. The grounds are well-kept and everything is constantly maintained and upgraded. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom I have lived have the here for two years and it has been pretty nice. The apartments are nothing fancy, but pretty good size for relatively cheap considering the area. Pros: free covered parking, quick maintenance, large walk in closet, good appliances, extended shower curtain, pool and hot tub, balcony, washer and dryer included. Cons: very dark apartments, small living room, thin walls, if you don't face the golf course you have a terrible view of other apartments or the parking lot.
Great place to luve Lived here for over as year. Very quiet. Great amenities. Easy access to shopping and restaurants.
Verified Renter The space is just what I was looking for however the noise, from welding stairwells, road construction and traffic has been awful. The greater part of my discomfort, Royal Oaks has no control over. for more than a year the roadwork has been absurd and repetitive. Once I have only road noise to contend with I will settle down but the interruption to sleep at ALL hours has been he worst apartment experience ever. ask mr in the spring and I will be smiling again.
