Only issues was retrieving my key from the after hours box. I was given a incorrect code and had to contact soneone by phone and it still took about 20 minutes to get the box open

This is a nice place to stay for you and your fami I just don’t like the part where you have to use the same towels I’m used to using different towels every day

Nice location, very quiet very accessible. The rooms were clean and spacious. I cannot wait to book with them again!

The stay was okay except we couldn't watch TV in any of the rooms in both villas, I was over charged for the stay. I reviewed with the agent for reservations and she put in I waived the deposit, but when I got to the resort for check in I had to pay $100 per room, even though I already paid for the waiver and other fees prior my arrival.

The trip did not start off too well. Definite issues with check in after hours. I called and spoke to a young lady the day before my trip about my flight not coming in until 7:30, she told me she would place the key in the lock box out front, but never gave me the code!! I spent over an hour an a half calling and then driving to an alternative location just to fine out that that address was a gas station. in the end I finally got someone to pick up @ the front desk, she gave me a code and we where able to get the keys!
