This is twice I had to type thiswhen I got there I had to pay additional money. Hotel blamedyou but factsare it shouldnt of been put in as cheapest because it wasn't

It was not very clean and had clipped fingernails on the carpet. Very aged and dirty furniture and outdated appliances. Also, the front desk charged me twice. I will not stay again!

Rebooked to a Smaller/Crampy Room unfortunately, I was not able to stay at this location due to my mother have cancer treatments and I was trying to make sure she was set before I left on this vacation. I paid through Hotel.com and my room was cancelled because I did not show until Thursday. I thought being I had already paid through Hotel.com my room would be secured even if I arrived later that week.
