had a fantastic time and everything was perfect. thos i did not like you pay $125 for cleaning services. when no one cleans the whole week and you have to take out the garbage and load the dishwasher. i would think that is included in cleaning.

Unit needs updating and smells sheets felt like paper towels hard and discoloured
Great getaway We turned a weekend for school orientation into a golf getaway. The apartment was clean and quiet with a beautiful view. Minutes from everything we wanted to do.
Property was fine except for the frogs at night! The king size bed was just two twins put together and they were not matching twin beds so the bed was uneven. The beds were very very firm/hard as well. Otherwise, nice property, nice people, pool was nice as well. I would not return because of the frogs! There were literally everywhere, including inside of the unit.
This visit let me down! I have stayed with this resort before so I had high expectations and this visit fell short. Our master bathroom shower curtain was dirty, the master bed was horrible to sleep on and the blanket felt like paper, there wasnt enough pots and pans to make even a simple meal for a family, there was wires exposed in the livingroom fan and the glasses from the light bulbs were on the coffee table of the living room. There was a used stick of butter in the fridge. I wasnt happy with this stay.
Loved the hospitality and especially that they got our condo ready for us within 2 hours of booking it. Thank you so much cause we were dooped on our 1st booking at the polynesian. Worst place to stay in the world. Once again thank you so much
