This stay was a family trip. Check in was a slight problem but service recovery was great! Got free coupons for the whole family even my 9month old to eat out at Carraba's. Hotel had a little sand left in draws/coffee table. My only complaint was how they tried to fool us with the horrible homemade king bed. We got two twin beds pushed together to make one. Other than that the stay was GREAT. I would come back esp. for the price.
Awesome trip, but...... This was our first family vacation that lasted longer than 3 days! It was amazing and the area was spectacular. I gave a 4 star for the comfort because the couch bed need to be replaced. The cushions were not fluffy or sturdy anymore, it was like sitting inside the couch. Everything else was great. We received our key 2 hours late and no one apologized the whole time we were coming back to check on the key, (bad customer service).
