The condo was clean and satisfactory. The pool was nice and the area around was very clean. The staff at the check-in office were not very friendly or helpful. There were some busted screens on the porches.

Cleaner accommodations Had concerns regarding cleanliness in regards to the furniture (sofa and recliner) and recliner would not stay reclined. Encountered insects in both bathrooms. Master bathroom vanity area rug could have been cleaner. Had consistent trouble unlocking front door as knob/lock was a little unstable. However, would possibly consider Resort again, especially due to location but of course with the expectation of better accommodations.

Renter beware First let me say that each unit is individually owned and furnished, so my experience represents 1 out of hundreds of units and may not be representative of anyone else's experience. Here is the inventory of issues we had when we first got there. -Smelled musty -Porch blinds and master bedroom blinds each missing multiple slats -1 window curtain missing in master bedroom (only 1 of 2) -Kitchen lights needed new fluorescent bulbs -Full bed in master bedroom instead of advertised King -Master bath toilet leaked a... read more

The property it’s nice however the inside of the individual units it was very dated very we didn’t have many towels it seems that they were prepared however they were the bathmats Rather than the towels. In the kitchen it was equipped with dishes as well as cooking utensils but the cooking utensils were limited the dishes that were in the cabinet they seem like they had only been ran through the dishwasher they didn’t seem clean so we use paper plates the staff We had limited interaction with him however when we did in a wre... read more
