Good Stay The property has a good selection of amenities and the waterway runs right past the property. The office staff (Katheryn) was super nice and helpful. My only gripe comes on the Hotels.com side...the app let me pick a certain bedding type for this property and that is not guaranteed. The couch bed in the unit I was in wasn't comfortable, but I wasn't expecting us to use the couch bed. The check in was great. I checked in late and they were able to leave my info in a lockbox. However, the room wasn’t nothing like the display pictures shown. It was soooo outdated and had broken items as well. The bed was extremely hard and the TVs were old as well.
