second time stay This is our second time at river oaks. We were in a different unit this time and it was not as comfortable. The master bed was 2 beds pushed together and it was tough to sleep like that!! The area is nice, but the bed was a deal breaker

Condo for a good price The room was well worth the price. It was a 2 bedroom condo. The only complaints were very minor. No batteries in the remotes. The king bed pillow top was hidden in the closet and it had stains on it that looked like blood. We didn't use it. But besides that the room was well taken care of and very clean. The development was very classy and very quiet. All in all it was a very nice place. If it wasn't for the mattress I would have given this place the top score. But we still had a great time there...

can't wait to go back My family and relatives really like the place. Its the best place we stayed in Myrtle Beach.The price is priceless. We even extend our stay. Kids enjoyed the place. Its near to all the attractions, beach, mall,etc. I recommend to all my freinds and its affordable.Expedia has a good deal....

Nice but... I enjoyed the location and the condo was a great size. I have just two complaints...1) the room was not very clean the dishwasher was full of dishes there was a couple old french fries under the table and it just looked like it needed a good cleaning. 2) The so called "king" size bed was two twin beds pushed together and i kept falling in the crack between them. I even woke up to a numb arm because it was stuck between the two twin beds. So basically my fiance and i ended up sleeping next to each other on two twi... read more

River Oaks Golf Resort - bad beds-get it CHEAP! This was a great 2 bedroom condo for the money. With the Hotels.com discount is was well worth it. (especially if you a cheap skate like me) In all honesty, the room was not up to par with a good hotel room. At listed price I would have complained. My biggest complaint is that the beds were terrible. The mattresses and pillows wore probably done about 5 years ago. River Oaks Overall a good stay for the price. Gated complex, looked nice on the outside. Carpet was worn but not bad. Stairwells and hallways could use a good spider web sweeping. Couldn't touch the handrails!

Very good vacation stay We really enjoyed the vacation rental. The townhouse was super-clean and very upscale. Very good neighborhood, but too far away from the beach. Everything else was really great and we enjoyed our stay overall.

Nice Place - Good Value We had a nice two bedroom Condo with two full bathrooms in a golf course community. The unit was on the top floor with volume ceilings and ceiling fans. The kitchen was very useful for making meals. It was fully equiped. Some of the frying pans could use replacement. The location was a short drive to the beach and anywhere else you would like to visit in the area. The room was quite and relaxing. We would stay here again.

What a great place for family I read reviews about this palce before i rented. i decided to trust my intuition and try it. I was excited about the place. the room was spacious and everything i wished for was in the room. My kids really enjoyed the pool.The check-in was not as complicated as other people had written in the reviews. Very nice place, the surrounding was awesome. I really fell for this place.
