This was a great treatment facility. I like the way they run there program and they have a really effective treatment team when it comes to care from the nurses and Dr\'s and meeting facilitators. there has been a little bit of trouble with my discharge as it could have gone way smoother. I have a unique situation however and the case managers and Therapist has done the best they can. Only improvement would need to be more communication between here and outside care.
My first time at a treatment facility. While River Oaks has some deferred maintenance which needs attention, the staff is excellent and the overall experience for me was very positive and life changing.

Wonderful variety of therapists with a broad array of perspectives and approach to teaching. Beautiful campus. One on One therapy and medical care were outstanding. Kitchen staff does everything they can to accommodate personal needs. All of the staff are extremely helpful

River Oaks is an amazing facility! I have had truly life-altering experience. Everyone on staff here has been incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. I will recommend this facility to everyone I meet who is looking for a treatment center.
The faculty was amazing besides a few bad apples. The kitchen staff was magnificent it was great developing a relationship in assisting then with clean up and garbage duty. the community has aided my grow in such a way i don\'t want to go back home although i need to apply my learnings to the real world. i loved my time joking around with Ms. Jenn she has motivated e to excel in my personal fitness and i will never forget the 6am lift request denials shes the best.
