My stay was excellent because a lot of clients helped me out when I was in a deep hole. There were employees that were great ..... Christine, Sarg, Angie and Mary. They all made me realize life can be hard but you cant let it get to you. They helped me get through some tough times and I appreciate them for that. I would recommend River Oaks to those in need of help. This place changed my life. Alcohol and drugs is not what I need moving forward.

Being this was my first rehab, my overal experience was great. I did not know what to expect when I got here but the staff was extemely courteous and caring. The therapists and staff really do care about their clients and strive to give you the tools necessary for your recovery. There is not one person on this campus that is not courteous, helpful, or willing to go the extra mile for you.

I came to RIver Oaks extremely broken and hopeless. Through the staffs help, groups, therapy, and the experience as a whole, I am now leaving with a solid foundation to stay sober. I reccomend this facility to anyone who is battling addiction or mental health issues. Today, I am a completely different person than when I came and I couldnt thank RIver Oaks enough!

River Oaks has given me my life back! I sincerly mean that from the bottom of my heart and with such deep graditude to the staff and this comunity who has become my family. Everyone here has been and will continue you to build each other up. I love you all at River Oaks i will never forget you all and I am sure you will never forget me. Thank you for everything, oh and the food has been amazing! :) Angie I will alwsays be there for you and love you.

The treatment I received at River Oaks was on point. The support I received from every part of the operation (clinical, TA/Program Supervisors, Support staff) was amazing. The only critiques I have are increasing the therapist to client ratio and offering more nutritional meal options. I really connected with my therapist, Andrea M. She really helped me understand the underlying issues that contributed to my substance abuse. Demetrius (Arthur G.) was the most impactful. His energy and passion is extremely contagious. i was resitstant to the idea of coming to River Oaks out of fear, denial and nervousness about treatment but I can say that is has been the biggest blessing i have received. From the first minute to the last day, i have been listened to, supported and guided in ways I never knew I needed. All the staff have been wonderful in this journey from the TAs, therapists, nurses and cafeteria staff! My peers could not have been a better group as well. River Oaks has made an amazing impact in my life! They've given me the tools and knowledge that I need to live a healthier and happier life in recovery. The therapist are some of the best that Ive ever met with. They truly helped and supported me through my journey.
