RecommendedLast Saturday I had to put down my beloved, almost 20 years old, female orange tabby - Peaches. The staff at River Road Pet Clinic were so thoughtful. I was in bad shape, and so was my husband, but they were so gentle with her and I was able to hold her in my arms as she passed. They also provided a beautiful pawprint at no extra charge as a remembrance. What a wonderful touch. RecommendedOur pup got VIP treatment by this clinic and staff, we were able to schedule an appointment short notice and were greeted by Ashley and Princess the cat at the front desk. Dr. Crocker and his tech Karen were helpful, kind and made our boy feel at ease and shared their yummy treats! We have found our new clinic and will share with everyone when someone is in need of a vet!

RecommendedThe office is so clean and everyone is so efficient. I had an easy time getting an appointment and they really made the first appointment for my 2 senior dogs awesome. they even gave the boys a prize for coming in. the whole process was so much less painless than it has been for a long time. I am so happy we found them! Thank you Dr. Crocker and staff..😊

RecommendedBeyond impressed with every employee at this clinic! We couldn’t have made a better choice to switch our dogs to Dr Olsen! Our dog needed major dental work and she definitely made us and our baby feel relieved and comfortable! Dr Olsen really is the most amazing veterinarian and I highly recommend this clinic! & the PAW Plan!

RecommendedDr. Crocker was so compassionate and patient with our little rescue dog, Winnie, who was abused as a puppy and does not like men very much. She will usually growl when approached by a man -- and although a bit timid, she did not react negatively to Dr. Crocker or any of the staff. He was also very professional and took the time to explain everything to me regarding the wound Winnie had on her paw, as well as how to administer the medicines he prescribed for her. How can I say too many good things? I'd give Dr Panzero even MORE 'stars', if available! :) We live in another AZ city, but have taken our sweet bunnies to him for 'years'! (If it's a 'serious' concern, for one of our bunnies--we head 'north'! ) Our Benji has just, this week, been saved from probable imminent death, from GI stasis. The staff was very kind and upfront about my cats issues. I really liked how they showed me all the options available. The vet assistant is the sweetest girl ever!
