After using River Road Pet Clinic for over 20 years,I was shocked when I called to bring in my dog for an emergency and was given an appointment for two weeks later. When I said I wanted the Doctor to call me ,I was told the Doctor did not return calls. I was then told to go to an emergency pet clinic. I found another veterinarian and will not be returning.
I have a dog that is limping, and I have already taken him to the emergency vet twice and have been give normal X-rays and a bottle of NSAIDS for my trouble and my $850. This is the third time he's limping and I have no answers. These guys kindly offered me an appointment next Tuesday or Wednesday for my dog in pain, instead of seeing him before this holiday weekend.

You were profane and insulting to our receptionist and bad mouthing multiple other veterinarians. We determined that it would be best if you saw a different veterinarian.
