This by far is the best veterinarian clinic we have ever been to. Their service is absolutely top notch! We have been going here for 3 years now. Sadly our 18 year pup passed last week. The care, kindness and compassion they showed us was beyond anything I have ever experienced. We left knowing our girl was going to be taken care of and their after care service showed their love for their jobs and understanding of our loss. Thank you very much!!
We sadly had to put our girl of about 15 years down on short notice and we aren't a regular there because we live in Bayfield. From the moment we showed up, everyone was super nice and you could tell they were concerned not only for her, but for us too. She was well cared for and it wasn't rushed to where I felt like just another customer. Thank you so much <3

I will no longer be using Riverview as my vet. I woke up with mild congestion and scratchy throat but within a few hours I started feeling worse. I decided to do a home Covid test and it came back positive. I called them to tell them and they STILL charged me an $80 LATE cancellation fee! So, I do the right thing and cancel as to not infect people, and you're going to charge me $80?! Moral of the story, if you have Covid, don't cancel your appt, go in and get everyone sick or else YOU will also be charged $80 for being resp... read more
Administered a diuretic to our pup without regard to the dogs history of suspected dehydration as the pet had not been drinking water for two days. Inappropriate protocol followed for non cardiogenic edema brought on my altitude sickness. Pup died shortly after treatment. Why you would administer a strong diuretic to a 5 pound pup without monitoring the animal is beyond my comprehension and is NOT appropriate standard of care. A couple of reasons for my 1 star review 1. Price and inconsistency with price quotes 2. Lack of consideration 3. Timeliness I arrived at my wellness exam appointment 5 minutes early, as I believe it is important to be punctual. I sat in the waiting room with my nervous puppy and waited until my appointment was 15 minutes late to ask when I might be seen.
