No Microwave nor refrigerator I booked a King bed room and they placed me in a suite but I only had access to one part of it which had no refrigerator nor microwave. Other than that it was okay.

We had a very clean room. A great view of the Mississippi River and bridge. Service was great everywhere.

1st time staying We came for a 1 night stay ( on a Friday). The front desk receptionist were not so friendly, barely spoke. The room was nice, but really could be updated,( for the price) especially the bathroom. The hotel area itself was very quiet( although our neighbors had a crying child most of the night).Kinda ruined my couples retreat, but hey. Smoke-free hotel area, which is great, but of course you can smoke on the casino floor. Overall it was an ok stay. Just ok.

I know it cant be helped but it was disappointing that we no view of anything out of our hotel room

Hotel staff were great. Bed was horrible made noises every time you moved and was uncomfortable. Room and bath were nice and clean. Could see the river from our room. Restaurant staff was the worst. Wouldn’t take our order. Yelling at each across the restaurant - poor service and overpriced food that was terrible.
