Customer service is non-existent Housekeeping liked to take, but not give - took dirty towels, but didn’t give clean ones. Took out trash, but didn’t give new bags. No business office for guest use and staff would not print a one page document for guest. Room charges were not allowed to the card on file. The bar served draft beer in a 10 ounce (maybe?) glass and then required a 20 minute wait before ordering a second. No microwave, no refrigerator. View was terrible
Uncomfortable Sleeping The bed was rock hard and the rooms did not have refrigerators and microwaves.
