Overnight stay Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and professional. The hot water in the shower/bath was not very hot.

Just one complaint Check in was very good. Staff is always nice, helpful and friendly. Just one complaint: Why are there little to No hangers in the closet (we had only 2 this visit) AND why are there NO hooks OR towel racks in the bathroom?? We were there for 2 nights, we had to use the 2 hangers in the closet to hang out towels in the bathroom. Also there are no towel racks for hand towels? I posed this very same question Last Year and obviously nothing has changed.

Hi Susan, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we have a problem with guests taking the hangers in the closet, but we always have extra that we can bring to you if you let the front desk know. Also we have an approved bathroom upgrade this year, I'll make sure your comments are shared with the planner!
