2 Nights on the River Every thing was near perfect except the room was not restocked (cups, coffee, etc.) or made up the second day. This wasn't a deal breaker just unexpected. One of the quietest rooms we have ever stayed in. Will definitely stay again.

Adjust air vent upwards Good overall but the air conditioning kept blowing hard onto the bed. Please Adjust air vent upwards.

Riverwalk Jewel This is a very nice hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable and most of the amenities worked. Our coffee pot was not working but there is free coffee in the lobby. The shower head could not be changed to a different setting so it was a bit pelting but warm. Overall for the price I would return.
