**** and his crew at RKM are awesome. They were able to resolve my claim satisfactorily. It took almost a year of diligent effort on all of our parts but we finally got 'er done! That was a true Miracle because ************************ is very very tough to deal with. we went for two or three months where they were completely ghosting us but then we threw them a 30-day notice we intended to put a roof on and that woke them the **** up! We were $20,000 in the hole after Hurricane ***. RK&M worked with us to get us the money our insurance company owed us from our policy. Id recommend them to anyone. Their fee is a small percentage and they dont get paid unless you do. Really great people who are clearly on YOUR side!

Everyone I encountered on the team was professional and nice. They worked quickly to get my home fixed right after the devastation of Hurricane ***. I have no idea of what the outcome would have been with my insurance company if I had not chosen to go with a public adjuster, but I heard horror stories from other people. This was my first time using a public adjuster (and though I hope its my last), I would use them again!

They saved ** during the most stressful time. We were referred by a neighbor after *** hit and Im SO HAPPY they sent ***** our savior. The literally walk you through everything. We never would have been able to do this without them. For the minimal fee it was worth every *****. My wife is a retired magistrate of 20 yrs and. Im a business owner we were fairly new to ** and didnt know who we could trust, I have recommended them to everyone we know because they were simply the best!

I recommend *********************** and RK&M Claims to anybody who is dealing with a claim. My Insurance adjuster originally came out and gave me little to nothing to repair my home. I was referred to RK&M Claims who came out wrote up a professional report and met back out with my Insurance Conpany and finally agreed to pay my claim correctly. I can't thank **** enough and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I am so glad I chose to let RK&M handle this nightmare with my insurance carrier. ******* was excellent to work! It took a while but his staff explained that from the very beginning and kept in continuous contact. ******* and barn were approved! We cant thank RK&M enough.

These guys are out there to help you! No doubt! They put in alot of hours and took alot of phone calls and texts to reassure that they were getting the job done. Fighting a fight with the insurance company that I would not have won! There are always hiccups, but they stood their ground and got it resolved and money in my pocket to fix my home!! Thanks for doing your job and doing it well!!!

I highly recommend RK&M Claims Consulting. I've insured property in S.W. ******* for over 40 years, and every hurricane/weather event has cost me money. That was until I used the services of RK&M. Everyone at RK&M that I spoke with were very professional and made my experience stress free. My home is now back to pre-event condition. I would recommend them to family and friends.
