I would highly recommend RK&M Consulting.You need someone like them to file your insurance claim. They were on top of the claim from beginning. They didn't stop at the first settlement check.They refiled the claim and got another check for me for more than I expected.

I have been in touch with them since Hurricane ***. They have helped me along the way. They got a partial check from my insurance so that I could get my roof replaced. My insurance company UPC went belly up, so the rest of my claim is in the hands of the state. This company is taking care of everything. They new about the extra stress that I was having, and they were so compassionate about that also. They are all great people to work with.

*********************** with RK&M Claims Consulting was extremely helpful throughout this whole experience. Dealing with hurricane *** and the aftermath was frustrating but they made the process with my insurance company easier to deal with. They walked me and my husband through every step and made sure we understood everything that was going on. On top of that he was very nice and easy to deal with.

Having worked closely with them on the adjuster side of the claims world for several years, they are very knowledgeable, hardworking, and very caring. They know what works, and what doesnt work.
