RK&M has been a great company to work with, they were quick and responsive to us. The thoroughness of the information submitted to our insurance companies has been outstanding. I did not know where to start after Hurricane ***, met with and they have handled our claim, met with insurance agents, and answered any questions. I have recommended them to friends and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with insurance claims!
My insurance company, after sending an insurance adjuster from *******, simply sent me a letter stating my "repair" estimate for damages fell below my deductible therefore I was not *********** any compensation. After making several calls and emails to my insurance company with absolutely no response I decided to hire an attorney. Absolute worst company i have ever had to deal with. Hired them as a public adjuster after hurricane Ian. First off Brett A******** will say anything to get you to sign with them. Once you sign the paperwork he will never return a call. Second their office has nobody answering the phones, you will leave messages only to never get a return call. Third when a check did finally show up it sat on the owners desk for a month. It wasn't until my attorney threatened them did the check get mailed. If you have storm damage from this ... read more
After reading these reviews I would think it's a different company you folks have been dealing with. I'm dealing with RK&M out of Cape Coral Florida as well and all I get for updates from them since Ian on my supplement claim is apparently the insurance company keeps passing my claim to another adjuster... They really don't seem to be after it. From what i can tell they call only once a week and then they're good with that kinda progress.
