My experience with Roach Energy for over 20 years' of service is nothing but positive. Deliveries are timely and stay ahead of my need. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with April. 5 Star service !! When I called late afternoon on Fri Jan 18 and told them I had just checked my 88 yrs old mother's oil tank and there was only 6-8 inches of oil in the tank, when a severe cold spell was coming that weekend, the lady told me they would have someone there Mon or Tue. (I was concerned if it would make it) My mom called me around 6pm that Fri evening and told me they had already been there to fill the tank. I was quite relieved !
I have been a very happy customer with Roach Energy for a few years now have had some issues with my furanace and called them and they worked me in right away and fixed the issues very friendly workers and very clean up after them selves in the work area had to have a a new oil tank put in and called them they came over right away put my new one in took the old one away and like i said cleaned up the work area it was spot less in my basement after they left they made sure every thing was ok after they put my oil back in that... read more
