Called for a delivery when we were at 30%. told delivery would happen the next week. They did not deliver and we ran out of propane. very inconsistent.

I order heating fuel on Sunday 1/28/18 and have not received it....any chance you make Saturday or Sunday deliveries?
The customer service is some of the absolute worst that I've ever dealt with ever. I have service that is "on call" basis where I call them when tanks are low. I did this and they took my card number and said they'd be out to fill tanks on Monday. Then, no show. Called them and asked when they would be out. They said it wouldn't be until the following Monday. Explained that I have a hybrid furnace and it switches to propane at 34 degrees and, that I use it to cook with. My sister purchased a new kerosene furnace from Roach's 6 years ago. The furnace that was replaced was 25 years old. When I started to run my furnace recently (due to the cold weather), I could smell kerosene every time the furnace came on. I called Roach's to have them check it out. Well, guess what?!? They determined there was a crack in the furnace and that it would have to be replaced. That was LAST THURSDAY (10/26)!!!! Have not heard ANYTHING from them since. Folks, beware.... If you use "off-road" diesel, do not go to the Shell on Foxcroft Ave across from Chick-fil-a. I just noticed that it has a lot of residue/sediment in it. I have reported the problem to Roach Energy. Will wait to see if/when they correct it. Again, this is a problem with their "off-road" diesel fuel.
