Ordered/paid for oil on Dec 5th and was informed it would be delivered 5-7 days( with specific details to contact me prior to delivery so I could meet them at the rental property to inspect the tanks) Called back on Dec18th as I never heard anything, was informed that they were down a driver and it would be delivered on Dec 21st Well today I get and the driver is at the location (without giving me prior notice as request.. and left) which still wasn’t too bad I called in and the office manager(Raquel)was rude and disrespectf... read more
Set up an appointment for tank burial, was told it was too cold to dig and install. Technician put up a temporary tank, and said he'd be back when it was warmer. They never showed up again, and never taught us how to read the smaller temporary tank. Now I'm out of hot water, receptionist said it'd be 5 days until they come, and then hung up on me. Seriously, what a disappointment. I'm going to try and find another company that cares about its customers.
A friend had extremely poor customer service. They had to wait 2 weeks for propane delivery even though they paid in full already. Nothing but excuses.
Awful company who doesn’t provide services that have been paid for. They don’t care about their customers. Do not use! Customer service is horrendous as well.
AWFUL customer service!! They apparently recently took over/bought out the company from which we purchased our pellet stove several years ago and had used for service ever since. A few months ago, they replaced the auger motor. After just a few hours of usage, it has stopped working. Fall of 2020- Purchased a large home, & had no prior experience with propane, but house was already set up for it. Needed tank refilled. Called Roach & put a credit card on file. They came out, filled the tank, charged our card. Soon after we received a mailed invoice that was marked unpaid, despite the automatic credit card payment that they had on file (which was successfully charged at the time of service). I closed my moms account with them 4 years ago when she passed and I told and showed them where they owed her $200.00 dollars (she was on the payment plan) and they said no. I received a letter from them in March saying they owe her $200.00 dollars, now that the estate is closed I am jumping through hoops to get this money. But my thing is 4 years. So, be careful when they bill you or you close an account.
that they do not apply for a job there you allow sexual misconduct to go on in the work place. like the guy and girl getting caught having sexual relations in the store yes a maintenance man walked in on 2 employees having sex in the charlestown store and Matt in spring mills store being caught by a off duty hagerstown police officer telling a female worker to pull up his zipper for him this is not good for the work place
