Every time i walk in this store i am greeted by a friendly face and knowledgable staff!!! i cannot say enough wonderful things about Kelly and Ed!!! Not only are they knowledgable about everything from socks to sneakers... but they are personable to the point that they remember my name as well as my family members!! Always worth going out of my way!!

RecommendedI love this store. And I love it even more after today. Ed and Marla both have the patience of a saint. They were on hold for over 35 min while I was there to help me. I had ordered shoes online and had a problem inputting my gift card and my rewards cash. What I thought would be an easy return and repurchase turned into each of them on two lines on hold waiting for someone to talk too to figure out what to do. Today I went with a friend for the first time to check it out and look for running gear. We loved it! Vicky was so awesome and patient. She took time with both my friend and I and was very knowledgeable. We both left with awesome new sneakers! It's about an hour drive for us but we are looking forward to going back! I came in today and Imoni W. was my salesgirl! She stayed with me the whole time, tried on four pairs of running shoes and she never stopped being helpful and nice. I don't normally post reviews but wanted to thank the staff at the Cherry Hill store. I discovered Road Runner a few years ago, and my experience has always been fantastic! Ed Wargus and the rest of the staff, are knowledgeable, patient and have always did their absolute best to make sure I was happy with my new shoes. I also brought my wife and sister to the store and they are both great fans of Road Runner! The store is upbeat and the staff are always ready to help...Thanks!
So today was my first time at Road Runners and I have to say it was AWESOME !!!! My sister brought me there and I was helped by Marla. She is so sweet and funny all at the same time. She was also super informative and helpful. She helped me get my custom insoles and hand picked two pairs of sneakers for me. I had some problems with my previous sneaks and socks.
