I am rating an employee there not all the employees. The manager was terrible and actually argued with me. I was returning a pair of shoes that made my feet numb and the manager gave me no time of day. My husband couldnt believe the excuses she was bring up about my shoes and me.I was feeling very frustrated and lost. A Shoe dog expert Christy came over and jumped in to help. She is amazing. I’m a relative newbie to the whole getting fit thing...but after 6 months at the gym I decided to upgrade to proper athletic shoes. My personal trainer recommended this store...I was intimidated to go to a “runners” store but the lady I worked with - Marla- was awesome! I immediately felt comfortable. She used all the high tech stuff to measure my feet and determine the best shoe for me. Turns out I’ve been in too small sneakers all this time. Had an amazing time with the Road Runner team of cherry hill. They really took there time with me and made sure I was in the best shoe for my up and coming races.
