Great staff = great experience = great store. RJ is fantastic, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend RJ, the VIP membership, and the custom insoles.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff!!! I came in about 1/2 prior to close and had three different staff members assist me. They were all fantastic! They stayed late to help me feel confident with my purchase and never let me feel bad because it was after closing. I will absolutely be back!

Went to Road Runner for the first time today...Excellent experience from start to finish!! I will definitely shop there again. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and not at all "pushy salesmen". Would recommend to anyone.
