I think they SUCK!! They have been so called working on my car since 2011, and yet haven't done anything! !!!!! So now I lost my job due to my disabiliys I'm homeless, and yet I can't even get them on the phone.!!!!!!!! Everything's just horrible, every time I call they don't even know who's handling my case, and then leave you on hold forever!!!!!!! Mabey I really need to look for new representation, seems to me Mr. Levine could care less!!!!!

I understand your frustration. The average time to have an initial hearing in Delaware is three years. We opened your case in 2012. We had you hearing in 2015. Your decision was unfavorable. We appealed the decision and won, your case was remanded. We had the second hearing and the judge denied your case again. We appealed again and are waiting for a decision. After a year of saying that you would represent my husband's case and now 3 weeks before the hearing there isn't enough evidence to support the case. This firm just doesn't represent the small people and are out for money!

I am currently getting the run around for an accident I was involved in. I call Everytime there out to lunch no one calls me back. They told me they got a offer 3-4 months ago and I can't get a hold of my case manager he is always on lunch between 10-5. Very disorganized and very disappointed with my experience.
