Been calling Jewel Collins since Sept, and have yet to receive a call back. You guys sent me a letter stating your promises to your clients. #2 States... We will promptly return your calls to us. I feel that your firm, if we are under contract with each other is not complying with what you stated in this letter. I would like a response from someone since neither Jewel nor her Manager have contacted me. This is very unprofessional coming from a Law Firm. You have my #, call me so we can discuss what we're gonna do now.
Anyone that sues a Non-Profit Animal Sanctuary for abused animals has some series issues.
Year and half later nothing is solved going back for a second hearing. I wish I fired them when I had the chance. Worse people and liars ever. Aren't only fucking me over, but my kids as well. No heart.
This was the worst place I ever dealt with, within the first two months I had three different people working on my case, so basically had to keep starting over. I did most of the work getting records and bills yet they still charge you for getting them. They hardly return your calls. I ended my treatment first week of December, and now just getting a check. I have to write two reviews, as I have this law firm for two different cases. As far as the Social Security department review, if I could give them a negative 100 stars, I would. I have never seen such unprofessionalism and carelessness in a business, let alone an attorney. I signed them up to do my social security claim and my original handler was Kayla Smith. Don't waste your time!! If you want a lawyer that actually returns or answers your calls this one is not it!! They are the worst 'law firm' and I use that term loosely I have ever dealt with. They will take your case and your money and do NOTHING for you in return!! Awful!
They wasted my time. I was told I was not alone and they were with me. A month later I was told they couldn't continue with my case. Horrible answering service everyone is always on the other line or on lunch never got calls back. I always had to keep calling. I will not recommend them not even to my worst enemy.
