It was a difficult refi due to the fact that I live on the west coast with the home in the mid-west...daughter and I over 2000 miles apart and Rob from Rate trying to coordinate between the two of us. He got it done with a few set backs and hurdles, and constantly available and in contact with me regarding the process.
