I had a disappointing experience with this lender during my VA IRRRL refinance. Throughout the process, I was told everything was on track, even after my rate lock had expired. Then, just one day before closing, I was informed that there would be an additional $2255 rate lock extension/holding fee that had never been clearly explained to me beforehand. Wanted to get a rate quoted for refinance options and through the process was disrespected and treated like I had done something wrong. Extremely unprofessional communication in general with a final email response when I told him I was going to work with someone else of "Lol ok I'll withdraw this". Absolutely do not recommend working with Rob.
